The contemplation space in #theHealingHaven will invite the guests to think of their loved ones who passed and to make peace with the past.

The dominant material in this space is the bamboo: visitors can light candles in the bamboo surrounded spaces in the water and their light seems to reflect in the bamboo ceiling.

The Healing Haven can be accessed from the river or from the main road; this is the image of the river access and the profile of the pavilion.

At the human eye level, the shape of the roof was inspired by a prayer (a person praying with the hands in the air) and by a butterfly’s wings preparing to fly. This is to induce the idea of connection with a higher being and of optimism.

The art gallery inside #theHealingHaven invites artists to showcase their work and inspire visitors. In this part of the pavilion, guests will dream about the future.

The rooms are expected to be heavily circulated and the chosen flooring solution is the mosaic. The walls are covered in a single color paint, so the visual art has more impact. Above the room, fabric curtains are used to control the light entering the space.
